Something disturbing happened yesterday. Something unpleasant, unfortunate that will haunt me for the rest of my life. It left me heart-wrenchingly gutted and ruling the what might have been. It was a shame. I was a shame, alright.

I went to zouk last night, like I always do. Had some drinks and got myself dancing soon. The hours passed and by 3, I made my way to phuture. Andrew Chow was spinning his usual RnB and all was like a routine, one which I had grew so familiar with over the years. I am starting to get tired of my life that revolves only around mahjong and zouk. I would religiously play my mahjong every weekend and splurge at zouk every wednesday. Even my attendance during my polytechnic days were inferior.

The routine was getting to me, until I saw this girl. She exudes a special charm. I was mesmerised and for the rest of the night, I find myself looking over my shoulders at her no less than 10 times. Times flies, as it was getting late and given the inapproriate conditions for a conversation, I made the hasty decision to approach her only when phuture closes for the night. That would be 4am.

They said "老天爱糊弄人". Maybe God was feeling bored then, or maybe she was feeling tired. She left at 3:55. Don't feel bad for me, at least I will still see her for the next 6 months, or maybe more. In my heart.
